Your information
Privacy Policy
Effective October 30, 2026
webnexusmob (“we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes news at webnexusmob.top. This policy describes the information we process when you read articles, search, follow links, or email us. It also explains your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, and how advertising and measurement tools, including Google advertising products, may use data.
1. Data we collect
We do not require an account. We collect only what a news site needs to publish pages, measure readership, show ads, and answer email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, referring URL, and the date and time of a request.
- Usage data: pages viewed, articles opened, search queries entered on this site, clicks, approximate session duration, and similar interactions with site features.
- Cookie and identifier data: cookie IDs and similar online identifiers used for essential functions, audience measurement, and advertising. See our Cookie Policy.
- Messages you send: the content of email you send to us, including your name, email address, and whatever you include in the message.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run a newsletter signup on this site. We do not intentionally collect special-category data such as health, political opinions, or religious beliefs. Please do not send that kind of information in an email unless you need it to explain a request.
2. Why we use data
- To deliver articles, search, and other pages you request.
- To keep the site secure, limit abuse, and fix technical problems.
- To measure readership and understand which stories are used, including through analytics tools.
- To show, limit the frequency of, and measure advertising, including ads served by Google and its partners.
- To reply to editorial, correction, partnership, and privacy messages.
- To meet legal duties and enforce our terms.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests for operating the site, securing it, and basic audience measurement that does not require consent.
- Consent for non-essential cookies and for personalized advertising in the EEA, the UK, and other regions that require a choice before those cookies are used. You can refuse or withdraw consent without losing access to the articles.
- Legal obligation when we must keep or disclose information to comply with law.
4. Cookies, Google advertising, and consent
Essential cookies are used to run the site. Analytics and advertising cookies are non-essential. In the EEA and the UK we ask for consent before using cookies for personalized ads or for analytics that are not strictly necessary.
Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads on this site, including through Google advertising products. Depending on your choices, ads may be contextual or personalized. Personalized ads use information about your activity on this and other sites. We do not sell personal information.
You can change cookie choices in the consent tool on this site, when it is shown, and in your browser. You can also manage Google ad personalization at Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of some third-party cookies through industry tools such as Your Online Choices. Blocking cookies may limit measurement and ad features. It does not stop the site from showing articles.
5. Who receives data
We share data with providers that host the site, deliver pages, measure traffic, protect against abuse, and serve or measure advertising, including Google. They may process data only for the services they provide to us and under their own terms where they act as independent controllers, such as for their ad systems.
We may also disclose data if the law, a regulator, or a court requires it, or if disclosure is needed to protect the rights, safety, or security of readers, our staff, or the public.
6. International transfers
Providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA and the UK. Where the GDPR requires a safeguard for that transfer, we use an approved mechanism such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, the UK international data transfer addendum, or an adequacy decision.
7. How long we keep data
Server and security logs are kept only as long as needed for operations, security, and dispute handling, then deleted or aggregated. Analytics and advertising identifiers are kept for the periods set by those tools and by your consent choices. Email you send us is kept long enough to handle the request and any follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Your rights
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive data you provided in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew.
You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the EU, authorities are listed by the European Data Protection Board. In the UK, the authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
To use a right, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to find the information and confirm the request. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.
9. Children
This site is a general news publication. It is not directed at children under 16, or under the lower age set by your country for consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use data that identifies you, we will also request a new consent where the law requires it.
11. Contact
Privacy questions and requests go to [email protected]. You can also use the contact page.
